We are looking for a motivated English to Latvian Translator to translate written content from English into Latvian. This role is suitable for beginners who have strong language skills and want to gain experience in translation.
Responsibilities
Translate documents, articles, messages, or website content from English to Latvian
Ensure translations are clear, accurate, and natural in Latvian
Proofread and edit translated text for grammar and spelling
Follow project instructions and meet deadlines
Maintain confidentiality of documents when required
Requirements
Good understanding of English and fluent Latvian
Strong grammar and writing skills in Latvian
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic computer and internet skills
Previous translation experience is helpful but not required
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with online translation tools or dictionaries
Ability to communicate and ask questions when clarification is needed
Good time management
